Andre is a native of Kentucky, where he played his high school ball at University Heights Academy in Hopkinsville. He led his team to back-to-back Class A state titles while earning tourney MVP in 1999. As a senior, Coach Buckner averaged 15.2 pts, six assists, five rebounds, and three steals. He was named All-State Honorable Mention as a junior and senior, and set the school’s single-game records for most assists (14) and steals (9). Coach Buckner also holds the school record for most career steals and most steals in a single season. His team earned National Rank honors of #4 in his freshman year and #11 in his junior year.
Coach Buckner went on to play at Duke University, where he was a four-year scholarship student-athlete under Hall of Fame Coach and head coach of the 2008 USA Olympic team Mike Krzyzewski. While at Duke, Coach Buckner was a member of the 2001 National Championship Team. During his four years, the team compiled a record of 121-20 and earned four straight ACC Tournament Titles.
Coach Buckner played alongside future NBA players Carlos Boozer, Shane Battier, Dahntay Jones, Jay Williams, Chris Duhon, JJ Reddick, and Mike Dunleavy. He played with more than 20 future professional players and 10 future NBA players during his collegiate career, and with two Player of the Year Award Winners. Also at Duke, Coach Buckner was a two-time honoree for contributing most to team morale and spirit, an award he earned by leading “Blue Team” during practice for four years. Andre holds a Bachelor of Sociology and Markets and Management from Duke University, has over 10 years of experience coaching and training, and 8 years management and entrepreneurship.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Coach Martin has worked closely with NBA teams, Universities and Euro Pro Teams along with some of the most elite NBA players in the league today, ranging but not limited to, Hall of Fame Dwyane Wade, Atlanta Hawks Trae Young, Utah Jazz Rudy Gobert, Charlotte Hornets PJ Washington, Indiana Pacers Myles Turner, and many more.
Coach Martin's vast knowledge in basketball development aided 9 of his former players from high school to successfully compete in the McDonald's All American Games to being drafted in the NBA in the last three years. His proficiency and dedication to further develop his craft have allowed him to travel to countries like China, Africa, South Korea, France and all over the USA to host camps/ create curriculum and becoming a lead speaker at several coaching clinics in various provinces.
Tim is known for his teachings to translate quickly to live game action. He is credited to be the one who developed Trae Young's passing ability, PJ Washington shooting ability, and so many others who have found Tim's methods life changing. Tim holds wide recognition in Slam Magazine, Complex Magazine, Sporting News, Washington Post among other publications.
