Jr Pro Hoops Recruits
We are a basketball only recruiting platform built to enable those involved in the college recruiting process from Players to College Coaches as well as High School Teams, AAU and Club Teams. We help Players fulfill their dreams of playing college basketball. We enable College Basketball Coaches and recruiting coordinators find, communicate with, and track players. We help High School, AAU and Club teams showcase and promote their players, teams, and organization.
My name is Tim Martin and I’ve been a player development coach/consultant for the last 15 years and I am one of the founders of Jr Pro Hoops Recruits. I've been blessed to be mentored by NBA hall of fame coaches, and trained some of the greatest NBA players of all time.
One thing I have learned is the importance of separation. To be seen and get to the next level you have to do things that will get you more opportunities. This platform will be the opportunity most players don’t get to be seen by college coaches.

I'm Andre Buckner, one of the founders of Jr Pro Hoops Recruits. I’ve been around youth basketball for almost 20 years in multiple roles: trainer, coach, league director, and program manager. I have a full and thorough understanding of the daily and seasonal challenges that players, parents, coaches, and teams face.
I also understand the pressure that we all feel as our kid(s) and/or player(s) approach the age of preparing for life after HS basketball. If playing college basketball is your kid/player’s goal, in this day and age, you need all the help you can get, regardless of your ability.
